Our Mission

The Rohingya Youth Association of Portland (RYAP) is a non-profit devoted to working with Rohingya refugees by empowering them to become independent, adequate, and sufficient members of our society and the public through education, general support. We, at RYAP, are aware of the obstacles Rohingya refugees are faced with when trying to readjust to a new life. We believe that with the right support, they will acclimate faster and become self sufficient citizens.
